What extrusion press components do you manufacture?
We specialize in copper, aluminum, magnesium, silver and steel extrusion press spare parts, covering the full range from 6MN to 250MN. Key products include extrusion containers, extrusion stems (solid and hollow), dummy blocks / fixed dummy blocks, dies / die holders, piercing mandrels, main cylinders / main plungers, cooling bed felt, electric heating tubes, hydraulic pumps, motors, and other wear-resistant parts.
What is your flagship product?
Our flagship product is the extrusion container. We have successfully manufactured the world's largest 250MN extrusion container using H13 tool steel with a multi-layer shrink-fit assembly structure. Our containers are engineered to withstand extreme pressures and temperatures up to 1,200°C.
What materials do you use for extrusion components?
We primarily use H13 tool steel (ASTM standard), as well as 5CrNiMo, 5CrMnMo, and other specialty alloys depending on the application and customer requirements.
Can you produce custom or non-standard parts?
Yes. We specialize in custom and non-standard extrusion press components. Our engineering team can work from your drawings to optimize designs for manufacturability, and we can also assist with reverse engineering if drawings are not available.
What size range do your products cover?
Our extrusion components cover the full pressure range from 6MN to 250MN, serving small extruders up to the world's largest extrusion presses.
What is the maximum size you can machine for extrusion parts?
Our max machining capacity: max turning diameter 5,180mm, max turning length 16,000mm, max vertical turning diameter 4,000mm, max deep-hole drilling depth 16,000mm, maximum crane lifting capacity 130 tons.
Do you offer repair or refurbishment services for extrusion components?
Yes. We offer repair and refurbishment services for extrusion containers, extrusion stems, dummy blocks, and other wear-resistant parts. Our deep-hole drilling and honing equipment allows us to restore worn components to their original specifications.
What quality inspections do you perform?
We implement strict quality control at every stage. Key inspection procedures include hardness testing (Leeb, Brinell, Rockwell), ultrasonic flaw detection, dimensional measurement, and pressure testing for hydraulic components.
What is your typical lead time for extrusion components?
60-120 days.
Do you provide material certificates?
Yes. We can provide mill test certificates, chemical composition analysis, and mechanical property test reports upon request.
