Who We Are
Founded in 2003, Dalian Victor Machinery Manufacture specializes in large precision mechanical component manufacturing and is located in the industrial zone of Dalian Jinpu New Area. With over 20 years of manufacturing experience, we focus on custom precision spare parts for non-ferrous metal extrusion presses, machined marine shafting and rudder system components, as well as fabricated parts for mining, power station and rolling mill equipment.
We serve manufacturers of copper, aluminum, magnesium and steel alloy extrusion machinery, marine engineering enterprises, and heavy equipment companies across mining, power and metallurgy sectors
We operate a 25,000 ㎡ modern production workshop equipped with full-range large CNC machining, heat treatment and inspection facilities, with a maximum lifting capacity of 130 tons.
We manufacture standard and custom non-standard components for 6MN–250MN extrusion presses, including extrusion containers, rams, die holders, main cylinders and various wear-resistant parts. Our product portfolio also covers precision marine shafting & rudder components; forged, cast steel and welded structural parts for mining and power station equipment; plus roll change, coil handling and strip processing machinery for rolling mills. One-stop solutions for melting, coating and anodizing production lines are also available.
Backed by experienced engineers and skilled technicians, we provide full services from drawing revision, process optimization, mass production to equipment maintenance. Our products are widely used in metal extrusion, shipbuilding, automotive, metallurgy, petrochemical, mining, power generation and rolling mill industries.
