Quotations provided through the Site or by email are based on the information you provide and are valid only as stated in the official written quotation document. Prices, lead times, and terms are subject to final confirmation.

5. Orders and Contracts

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Both parties agree on product specifications, quantities, prices, lead times, and delivery terms in writing
  • We issue a formal Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract
  • Any required deposit or advance payment is received

All sales are governed by the terms set out in the signed contract or proforma invoice.

6. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are:

  • T/T 30% deposit before production
  • T/T 70% balance before shipment

Other payment terms may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis for established clients or large projects.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Common delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP as agreed in the contract. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to raw material availability, production schedules, inspection requirements, shipping logistics, customs clearance, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk and title transfer according to the agreed Incoterm.

8. Warranties and Liability

We warrant that our products are manufactured in accordance with agreed specifications and applicable industry standards. Warranty terms are specified in the sales contract.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dalian Victor Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd., its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Dalian, China.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
