Ship Supporting Products

Ship supporting products are marine-certified mechanical spare parts for seagoing vessels, cargo ships and bulk carriers, including marine shafting systems, rudder assemblies and marine main engine components.
They transmit propulsion power, control vessel navigation, and ensure stable main engine operation under harsh offshore working conditions.
Precision forged and fully approved by marine survey authorities, our ship hardware delivers core advantages:
High tensile strength, seawater corrosion resistance, extended service life, custom CNC machining, full-set supply and delivery.

Ship Supporting Products — FAQ

What marine products do you manufacture?
We manufacture complete ship shafting and rudder systems, including propeller shafts, intermediate shafts, rudder stocks, rudder pintles, rudder trunks, rudder gudgeons, hydraulic nuts, hinge bolts, and other associated components.
What is the maximum size you can machine for marine components?
Our max machining capacity: max turning diameter 5,180mm, max turning length 16,000mm, max vertical turning diameter 4,000mm, maximum crane lifting capacity 130 tons.
Can you deliver complete shafting and rudder system packages?
Yes. We offer complete package delivery — from raw forging to finish machining, classification society inspection, stainless steel sleeve shrink fit, flange hole reaming and hinge bolt fitting, hydraulic nut pressure testing, and rudder stock / rudder blade matching. We deliver the entire system ready for installation.
What materials do you use for marine shafting?
We work with carbon steel (e.g., 45 steel), alloy steel (e.g., 40Cr, 42CrMo), and stainless steel grades upon request. Material selection is tailored to the specific application and classification society requirements.
Do you provide classification society inspection?
Yes. We can arrange inspection by major classification societies including CCS, DNV, ABS, LR, and BV upon customer request. Our quality system is aligned with marine industry standards.
Can you perform flange hole reaming and hinge bolt fitting?
Yes. We have the precision boring and reaming equipment to perform flange hole reaming and hinge bolt fitting to ensure proper alignment and assembly of shafting connections.
What quality control measures do you apply to marine products?
We implement strict quality control at every stage of marine component manufacturing, including raw material inspection, dimensional measurement, hardness testing, ultrasonic flaw detection, hydraulic pressure testing, and final dimensional verification.
Do you provide material certificates and test reports for marine products?
Yes. We provide mill test certificates, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test reports, and can also include classification society inspection reports upon request.
What is your typical lead time for marine components?
60-120 days. Please contact us with your specific requirements for an accurate quotation.
What is your shipping and packaging method for oversized marine components?
We use standard export packaging suitable for heavy oversized marine components, including steel cradles or heavy-duty wooden crates, rust-proof coating and protective wrapping, and full container loading (FCL) or break-bulk shipping for oversized items. Shipping terms: FOB Dalian or CIF as requested.
